Industrial Sourcing and Distribution | German & European Equipment Ecosystems
PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS

From part number to plant floor.

RLD runs one disciplined sourcing lane: identify, validate, quote, import, deliver. A buyer always knows what was sourced and why.

01
Identify equipment

Capture OEM, model, serial number, part number, quantity, and technical requirements.

02
Validate part data

Confirm specifications, compatibility, acceptable substitutions, and sourcing constraints.

03
Quote landed cost

Provide source options, lead time, pricing, freight, duties, and landed-cost assumptions.

04
Import and coordinate shipment

Manage supplier communication, export documents, freight, customs, and delivery timing.

05
Deliver with traceability

Deliver to the U.S. or Canadian destination with receiving documentation and source references.

Procurement Lanes

Two ways RLD sources.

Catalog sourcing

For listed product families, RLD sources against known OEM ecosystems with defined part data and substitutions.

RFQ sourcing

For parts not listed, RLD identifies by OEM, model and serial, then returns source options and landed pricing.

Shipment & Receiving

What to expect on delivery.

Shipments arrive with documentation for receiving and traceability: part identification, quantities, source reference and import coordination handled by RLD. Lead times and landed cost are confirmed at quote.
